TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Visiting the Museum of the “Bory Tucholskie” National Park is possible after making a reservation for a given day and a given time. Admission to the Museum and visiting exhibition is free.
2. The Museum exhibition is open in season at strictly defined time:
from Monday to Friday at 9:00, 11:00 and last entry at 13:00
Saturdays at 10:15, 12:15, 14:15 and last entry at 16:15.
During the low season, i.e. from October to April, the museum’s opening times may change.
3. The permanent exhibition may be visited by groups of up to 15 people. A larger number of visitors requires booking subsequent dates with an interval of 60 minutes.

- booking is made by selecting the day and time of the visit, and then completing the fields of the form.
- a message containing a will be sent to the e-mail address indicated in the registration form, allowing you to confirm the reservation. Confirmation must be made within 60 minutes of making the reservation.
- the confirmed reservation must be accepted by an employee of the “Bory Tucholskie” National Park. The final acceptance of the reservation will be confirmed by sending a message to the e-mail address indicated in the registration form.
- the “Bory Tucholskie” National Park reserves the right to cancel reservations in exceptional situations arising from reasons beyond the control of the Park. The “Bory Tucholskie” National Park will immediately notify the Reservationist.
- it is also possible to cancel the reservation by the Reservationist. To do this, use the link sent in the message confirming the acceptance of the reservation or call +48 523 355 129.
- Priority of visiting is given to groups whose reservation has been accepted. These groups should announce their arrival at least 15 minutes before the booked time; failure to comply with the above conditions may result in cancellation of the reservation.
5. Pursuant to the Act of August 29, 1997 on the protection of personal data (Dz.U. Nr 133, poz. 833, as amended), making an electronic booking for visiting exhibitions is also consent to the storage and processing of personal data provided in the booking form by The “Bory Tucholskie” National Park, ul. Długa 33, 89-606 Charzykowy, for the purpose of handling reservations.
6. Rules for visiting the exhibitions of the Natural History Museum of the “Bory Tucholskie” National Park
In the “Bory Tucholskie” National Park Museum you are not allowed to:
- bring in items that threaten the safety of people or collections, including sharp and dangerous objects;
- bring in animals (except for guide and assistance dogs);
- touch exhibits or elements of interior design;
- bring in and consume food and drink;
- visit after drinking alcohol or drugs;
- make phone calls;
- sit on the furniture that is part of the exhibition and lean against the walls that are part of the exhibition;
- slide on floors;
- take photos and film elements of security systems in the exhibition halls;
- smoke tobacco and electronic cigarettes.
Please leave outer clothes, backpacks or bags in the cloakroom.
Remember that we do not visit the exhibition alone, so do not disturb others, e.g. with loud conversations.
